Every care has been taken to ensure that the description, prices, and specifications of our products are correct at the time of publishing and that the reproduction of colour is as accurate as the photographic and production processes will allow.

However, we cannot accept any responsibility for variations in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by the customer. The charm of the products being sold on our website comes through the hand working of many of the objects.

Due to the natural methods of production employed, a slight variation in the actual product will occur.

All prices quoted are ex. delivery charges.

Local taxes and duties are paid by the customer.

Our total liability for any claims of any kind whatsoever and howsoever arising in respect of, or resulting from, any items supplied by us to the customer shall not exceed the price of such sales.

We reserve the right to change without notice any of the details of the product on the website; including prices, colours & sizes.


We hope you like the item(s) that you ordered, but if something isn't quite right, we are happy to offer a refund as store credit, within 14 days of receipt for any items with which you are not entirely satisfied.

Please consider the environmental and human resource cost and then think twice about buying something you want to look at but are not sure about keeping.


Returns must be approved via email. When you have received an email with the approval, the return is ready to send.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that have not been approved via a return request.

All items must be unused in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.

We do not refund postage costs unless agreed or stated on the website. 

Once we have processed the return you will receive an email confirmation.

We strongly recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

In case a return shipment is stuck in customs, we are usually contacted, and we will handle it.
Please note, that you will not be credited before the item has arrived at our warehouse.

Please mark returned packages ‘Returned Items’ and order number. We will incur import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package, and we reserve the right to reject any returned items not bearing the text "Returned Items". Please don't write directly on the product packaging.

Items are returned at your own cost. Postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty or in case of a wrong delivery.


All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period or returned in store will be refunded as store credit.

We strive to refund as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 15 days from the receipt of your return.

We only register and pass on personal data necessary for delivering the products to you.

The data is registered through Shopify and will be kept for a period of five years. Afterwards the information will be deleted.

If you believe the information to be incorrect you have the right to have the information rectified. In some cases we will have to delete your data if requested by you. It could for example be if the information is no longer necessary for us.
